Area of specialization: registration, protection and maintenance of trademarks; trademark searches; recognition of trademarks as well-known; preparation and registration of agreements on assignment of exclusive rights in respect of trademarks; development and registration of license agreements for the grant of the right to use trademarks; development and registration of franchise agreements; conclusion of agreements on non-use of trademarks; development and examination of contracts, the subject of which may be the use of a trademark or the sale of goods with a registered trademark; representation and protection of trademarks in the appeals Board, in state bodies and courts of all instances; development of internal documentation of the Company for the protection of intellectual property rights; seminars for internal services of the Company on the protection of intellectual property; inclusion of trademarks in the Customs Register of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
