Andrei Yorsh is a Partner at the Almaty office of Baker McKenzie. He specializes in dispute resolution, intellectual property, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, labor and migration. Andrei also has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and antitrust & competition issues.

Andrei is a Member of IP Working Group of Eurasian Economic Commission, the Member of IP and Pharmaceutical Working Groups of AmCham; and the Member of IP Working Group of the Ministry of Justice.

Andrei Yorsh graduated with honors from the Belarusian State University and was admitted to practice in 1994. In 1997, Andrei Yorsh completed a post-graduate course at the Belarusian State University.
